By accessing and using the Building with the Claude API course platform ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Course Access & Licence

• The Introduction module is available free of charge. The remaining modules require a one-time purchase.
• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own learning.
• You may not share, redistribute, resell, or republish the course content in any form.
• Access is managed via a browser cookie. If you lose access (e.g. by clearing cookies), you can restore it via the Restore Purchase page using the email address you used at checkout.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• Stripe will send a receipt to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The course content is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. AI tools, capabilities, and pricing referenced in the course may change over time. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from applying the techniques taught.
